AREA: 0.39 hectares located in the village of Couchey in the hamlets “Les Auvonnes” and “Les Longues Pièces”.

ANNUAL PRODUCTION: 2000 bottles
HARVEST : by hand
VINIFICATION AND GROWTH: Fermentation of the must and growth in a stainless steel vat.
It is then bottled the next spring once the malolactic fermentations are finished.
WINE NATURE: a dry white wine with a white gold colour and green glints.
Its fresh and strong scents remind us of the grapes, the green apple and the lemon.
DISH WITH THIS WINE: This wine is appreciated when it is young. It perfectly comes with starters, a plate of assorted cooked meats or shellfish.
It is also very good at aperitif or you could also drink it with some crème de cassis as a Kir.
