Domaine Clémancey
Vins de Bourgogne
GRAPE VARIETY: Pinot Noir
ANNUAL PRODUCTION: 2000 bottles
HARVEST: by hand
VINIFICATION AND GROWTH: It is a pressing rose wine. The vinification is exactly the same as the one for white wines, that is to say that the grapes are immediately squeezed when they arrived at the cuverie. After a slight débourbage (see the Marsannay 2009 section for definition) the must is stocked into a stainless steel vat until next spring when it will be bottle.
WINE NATURE: This wine has a beautiful redcurrant colour with aromas of vine peach. It has t be drunk when it’s young.
DISH WITH THIS WINE: It is an ideal wine to drink with grilled meat, salads as well as spiced cuisine and oriental cuisine.
